The Eco-Builder Program offers tools such as but not limited to:
• Free Advertising in Energy of the City Magazine: Energy of the City is published annually and available in both print and web versions. It is distributed at 25 Metro Stations and 14 Whole Foods Markets throughout our service area.
• Project signage and banners: Take it to the street with our custom signage program. Washington Gas will work with you to create custom community signs that suit your project’s unique needs. Signs include banners, building wraps, posted ground signage and enhancements to you existing signage.
• Sales videos: Two-minute promotional video praising the benefits of the energy-efficient lifestyle that your property has to offer. The piece is available in DVD quality or in high definition.
• Personalized promotional items: Give a gift your visitors and new residents will remember. Whether it’s a household item for your new residents to enjoy or a free gift for your visitors. The purpose is to remind your guests of your property’s cost saving/eco-friendly benefits and through Washington Gas’ Eco-Builder Program, the opportunities are numerous.
• Product handouts and brochures: Designed to complement your developments existing marketing efforts, this piece highlights all the benefits of natural gas your property has to offer.
