PROJECT CHECKLIST

Step 1.

To initiate your request for natural gas service, please make sure you have the following available:

  • Local Contact (name and phone email)
  • Architect (name and phone email)
  • Engineer (name and phone, email)
  • Site Address, Lot #, or Closest Intersection
  • Gas pressure requested at meter outlet
  • All existing equipment relative to your new project
  • Site Ready Date
  • Meter Installation Date
  • New or Existing Building
  • Type of project
    • Commercial (retail, restaurant, dry cleaners, office building, warehouse, medical, school, light industry, hotel/motel, food store, worship, other)
    • Multifamily Residential (garden apt, high rise, condominium)
  • AutoCAD versions of Project Scaled Site Plans (if available)
    • Gas Service Entry Point
    • All Buildings marked w/addresses
    • Streets Labeled
    • Meter Location

NOTE: Acceptable Meter Locations

  • Outside (preferred)
  • Individual unit meters banked in central meter room per floor     (5 stories or greater multifamily high rise projects) 
  • In an underground parking garage
  • In an above ground parking garage at grade level
